Day 1
Friday: Marina Zea, Athens | Delos
Embark: 14-15:00hrs. Enjoy a welcome aboard cocktail before setting sail for Delos Island. On the way you will pass Cape Sounion and see the famous white marble pillars of the Temple of Poseidon 440BC in the distance. Overnight at sea.
Day 2
Saturday: Delos | Mykonos
Start the day with an optional morning tour of the sacred island of Delos - the largest and most important historic site in the Aegean. This UNESCO world heritage site is an open-air museum of remarkably intact ancient monuments and buildings. In the afternoon, swim at a beautiful bay in Mykonos before sailing into Tourlos port, which is 2km from Mykonos town. The busiest and most cosmopolitan island in Greece is yours to discover for the evening. Enjoy fine dining and the best nightlife in Greece. Overnight in Mykonos.
Day 3
Sunday: Mykonos | Samos
Sail at daybreak to the tiny, Dodecanese island of Lipsi for a revitalizing swim in a lovely bay, with a barbeque on deck. In the afternoon, set sail for Samos. Overnight in Samos.
Day 4
Monday: Samos | Kusadasi (Turkey) | Patmos
Explore ancient civilizations on an optional tour to Ephesus, the largest archaeological site in the Aegean region. While touring this remarkably preserved Greek and Roman city, you may feel the presence of Cleopatra and Marcus Antonius. Free time after lunch allows an exploration of Kusadasi's bustling market before sailing back to the Greek side and the small island of Patmos. The tiny harbor has whitewashed houses, cobblestone streets, and romantic little restaurants. Overnight in Patmos.
Day 5
Tuesday: Patmos | Amorgos
A recommended optional excursion of Patmos includes two UNESCO world heritage sites: the Monastery and cave of St John and the traditional Chora or hilltop town. After lunch set sail for the picturesque island of Amorgos, arriving in the evening. Overnight in Amorgos.
Day 6
Wednesday: Amorgos | Santorini
In the morning swim at beautiful Manganari beach on the island of Ios, one of the most beautiful beaches in Greece. In the afternoon, arrive at Santorini and take a cable car up to the town of Fira to view the 6-mile round volcanic crater. An optional guided walking tour through Fira's narrow, picturesque streets is offered. A stop is made at the Prehistoric Museum, which houses fascinating artifacts from Akrotiri - rumored to be the lost civilization of Atlantis. An optional excursion to a winery and the beautiful UNESCO heritage town of Oia/Ia is a must. Overnight in Santorini.
Day 7
Thursday: Santorini | Kythnos | Marina Zea, Athens
After a morning passage to Kythnos Island, there is time for a swim in the sea or a soak in a natural sulfuric hot bath on the beach at Kolones Bay. In the afternoon sail for Marina Zea, Athens, arriving late afternoon. Overnight in the marina.
Day 8
Friday: Marina Zea Athens
Disembark: 09:00hrs
