It's always best to hear from what our clients have to say about their vacation than it is for us to describe it.

The McCanns from the United States chartered a stunning Lagoon 50 catamaran through us and they opted to have a skipper and hostess onboard. Here's what they had to say.

"Thank you to Poseidon Charters for arranging one of the best vacations I’ve ever had.

In September 2023 we chartered Raina, a catamaran with 6 staterooms and 4 bathrooms for one week. I invited friends from New York, Turkey, Egypt and Sweden and we all met at the marina where Raina was super clean, fully provisioned, and ready for us to enjoy.

Our captain Zach chose our direction and destination for the evenings. Each was beautiful with nice restaurants for our group.  I think my favourite was Hydra where island cats roamed around and welcomed us with their friendly presence. Our hostess Ioanna prepared breakfast and lunch each day and the food was nothing short of spectacular. Every day was something different and we dined on pasta, lamb, seafood, salads and anything else she chose to prepare. It was all delicious and served on the aft deck in the shade with cold beer and wine.

Several times we dropped anchor in a deserted bay and jumped off the boat for a swim. Just like in the movies.

Because Zach and Ioanna took care of everything it was a totally carefree vacation for all of us. They are such lovely people and we all felt that we had two new friends.

Internet was impressively fast and reliable. The sound system let us play our songs. Everything worked just fine. Having previously lived on a boat for months at a time I know firsthand how unusual that is!  Poseidon obviously checks out their fleet carefully to make sure it’s up to scratch.

I hope to gather another eclectic group of adventurers in the fall to do the whole thing again.
